Our wine cellar is well-stocked with traditional favorites and classic bottles, as well as offerings from exciting new vineyards, both foreign and domestic. The executive bar at Gilchrist is a place to sit, relax, and enjoy a top-shelf cocktail prepared by our friendly staff.
Our dining room seats up to 50 people and features a fully equipped, chef-supervised kitchen. Members and their guests love the fact that they can view the lake from any table in the restaurant through the large picture windows.
